Situated close to the business hub of Menlyn Park in Pretoria, just south of the Pretoria Country Club lies the suburb of Waterkloof Heights. With street names like Pigg’s Peak, Nondela, Driekoppen and Korannaberg, the serene environment in the hills of the Old East in Pretoria is reminiscent of the mountain ranges the streets are named after.
Named after the original Farm Waterkloof, which means water ravine in Afrikaans, the suburb was incorporated after the establishment of the city of Pretoria in the 19th century. The broader area comprises roughly ~4km, and over the years have welcomed families with its close proximity to schools and sporting facilities, but also offered a home to diplomats choosing to settle here with views that include the University of Pretoria to the North East, Cullinan to the far north and Menlyn with Garsfontein surrounds in the east.
Our community of 69 residences have come together to formalize and protect our environment, secure our streets and build a neighborhood where our community can thrive and live.
